- Graduated from Qingdao University of Science and Technology with a major in polymer, Mr.Xu is a nationally certified senior engineer in chemical engineering.
- Focusing on research and development of PVC stabilizers, he has been deeply involved in the field of PVC additives for nearly 20years. As the first inventor of more than 30national invention patents and utility model patents, he also boasts rich experience in PVC extrusion formulation and processes.
- Actively responding to the national Belt andRoad Initiative, Mr.Xu is now leading thetechnical and business teams in exploringthe international market, providing technicalservices and one-stop solutions for foreigncustomers and contribution to the PVC additive industry.

- With more than 30 years of PVC production and processing experience and 10 years of corporate management experience, Mr.Qu is proficient in the research of soft PVC, neutral PVC and modified PVC formulation technology, proficient in the formulation and technology of foaming products and soft products,continiously leaning integrating into customer production with the improvement of PVC processing additives in Industries. Mr.Qu is now committed to customer product quality and processing technology improvement and is well received by customers.

- Graduated from Qingdao University of Science and Technology major in polymer materials and engineering
- He has nearly 20 years of working experience in the PVC extrusion industry and once servedas a commissioning and after-sales engineerat a large domestic plastic machinery factory for 7 years.
- He is proficient in the extrusion processes of various PVC products and PE wood-plastic products, and is especially skilled in the technical application of fields such as PVC rigid extrusion foaming, co-extrusion foaming as well as WPC/SPCflooring.

- Graduated from Qilu University of Technology with polymers major, Mr.Li has been engaged in the PVC additives industry and PVC processing industry for more than ten years.
- He focuses on the research and developmentand innovation of PVC stable lubrication systems, processing additives, foaming regulators and other additives. He is proficient inthe formulation and processing technologyof PVC products such as PVC profiles, foamprofiles, PVC stone plastic wall panels, foamwall panels, etc., and can formulate comprehensive solutions according to the processing and user requirements on products.

- Graduated from Qingdao University of Science and Technology major in polymer materials and engineering, Sun has been engaged in the production technology guidance of integrated wall panel WPC flooring,solid foam wall panels, PVC shoe materialsand PVC soft products since 2010. Sun is proficient in technical processing and equipment debugging,familiar with the production operation of conical twin extruder andthe entire process of wPC foamed and integrated wall panel, wPC door,door frame andother pvc products.
