Thermal expansion microspheres make shoe material foaming simpler—no additional equipment or chemical additives are needed; a uniform and delicate foam structure can be obtained simply by physical mixing and temperature control.

The midsole is lighter, more responsive, and more comfortable. It can also incorporate a heat-resistant adhesive design: it bonds firmly at room temperature and can be quickly disassembled and recycled by heating—making comfort and sustainability go hand in hand.
